1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via SMS and email once your order ships. You can also track your order here.
5. Remote Area Surcharge
Certain remote pin codes may attract an additional surcharge of Rs. 50-100. You will be notified at checkout if a surcharge applies to your delivery address.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your package hasn't arrived or arrives damaged. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
